DESIGNED FOR THERAPISTS ✦ BUILT BY A THERAPIST ✦ BASED ON REAL PRIVATE PRACTICE ✦

I’m Vicky, and I help therapists build websites that feel like home…and bring the right clients to their door.

I know what it’s like to sit on both sides of the screen.

To care deeply about doing things properly.
To second-guess decisions because ethics, professionalism, and getting it right actually matter.
To want a website that feels clear and credible, without feeling salesy or performative.

Before The Visible Therapist, I was a therapist in private practice. I understand the responsibility that comes with the work, the pressure of being visible, and the quiet question of whether your website reflects the standard you hold yourself to.

That perspective shapes everything I do.

I build therapist websites that make sense for real practices, real clients, and the realities of therapeutic work.

Designed specifically for therapists

I use a template-based approach very intentionally.

You don’t need endless options or a blank canvas. You need structure that’s already been thought through, shaped around how people actually choose a therapist, and flexible enough to reflect your own way of working.

That’s why I design therapist-specific Squarespace templates as the foundation. You can use them yourself if you’re happy customising your site independently, or I can restyle one for you as a done-for-you service.

Either way, you’re starting from a clear structure that keeps the process focused and far less overwhelming, while still giving you a website that feels personal, professional, and aligned with your practice.

Why The Visible Therapist Exists

I started this studio because I saw too many capable therapists held back by websites that didn’t reflect the quality of their work.

Sites that felt rushed, overly generic, or what felt more like a professional CV.

I know how easy it is to push your website down the list when client work comes first. And I know how uncomfortable it can feel to share a link you’re not fully confident in.

You shouldn’t have to become a designer, a marketer, or a tech expert to show up professionally online.

You deserve a website that supports your practice, not one that drains your energy.

Give your private practice the kind of website it deserves

If you’re ready for your online presence to catch up with the quality of your work, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
